Two cooking levels for reliable results
The first ring is the residual pressure safety indicator which indicates when the pot is up to pressure. If this ring is visible, the pot cannot be opened. The second ring is cooking level 1 – perfect for tender vegetables, fish, and poultry. The third ring is cooking level 2 – perfect for hearty dishes, such as meat, potatoes, and pulses.
When the cooking time has elapsed, the pot can only be opened once the pressure has dissipated. This is guaranteed by several safety measures, including the residual pressure safety indicator.
