Home delivery information

Delivery

All orders are delivered on weekdays only i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our product advisor will advise the estimated delivery date for your reference.

Delivery and collection area

Delivery to a local postal address only.
Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside Singapore.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order.
The customer must ensure the delivery address provided to us is accurate and complete to ensure successful delivery and shall discharge Groupe Seb Singapore Pte Ltd (GSS) from any liability and responsibility.

Please note that we do not provide any delivery to listed area such as embassies, government building, military camps/bases, Jurong Island, Jurong Port and Changi Airfreight & Cargo Complex and Keppel Distripark (PSA).

Time required for delivery

Orders are shipped via a third-party service provider. Under normal circumstances please allow about three (3) to five (5) business days for default delivery.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery times quoted, GSS does not provide absolute guarantees. GSS uses reputable couriers for their prompt and efficient service but occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, delay may occur. All delivery times or dates quoted by GSS product advisor for the delivery estimates only and shall not form part of our contract with you. Products purchased via GSS home delivery service may only be delivered to the address within Singapore only. Any delivery address located outside Singapore will be refused during the ordering procedure.

A signature is required upon delivery. If we fail to reach you, we can re-arrange the delivery. If the quantity of products received does not match with your order, please contact your product advisor within 24 hours after the products have been received.
